We are reaching out with heavy hearts to support a valued employee of Primary Care Associates team, whose husband is facing an unexpected and devastating injury. He recently suffered a severe fall, resulting in significant injuries and an urgent need for ongoing medical care, therapy, and support.

As you can imagine, this difficult situation has created a tremendous emotional and financial burden on her family. While our employee remains committed to caring for their loved one, the mounting medical expenses, time away from work, and sudden changes to daily life have made this an incredibly challenging time.
