We are reaching out on behalf of Tania and her partner Omar, who is currently facing a critical health battle. 

Omar had noticed shortness of breath and after a biopsy to check his lungs he was unable to breathe on his own. This escalated very quickly from that biopsy and he is now in urgent care with a severe lung disease and is in urgent need of a lung transplant. This heartbreaking diagnosis has come after another unimaginable loss - Tania and Omar lost their newborn baby last year. They have been grieving deeply while now also navigating another devastating chapter in their lives. 

After the heartbreaking loss of their baby, Tania and Omar have already faced more than anyone should. And now, with Omar’s critical illness, the challenges—both emotional and financial—have only grown. Not everything is covered by insurance, and Tania has taken time off work to be by his side and support him through this incredibly difficult chapter. Between hospital bills, travel, meals, and missed work, the growing costs are adding up quickly.

Omar is a truly remarkable soul—compassionate, selfless, and full of unwavering love. Over the past nine years, he has embraced Tania’s three children as if they were his own, stepping into the role of a father with immense care, patience, and devotion. His quiet strength and nurturing presence have been a constant source of love and stability. The bond he shares with the kids is nothing short of beautiful—they adore him deeply, and his love for them shines in everything he does.
