Support for Oliver’s Medical Recovery
Donation protected
Oliver Ray Coulson has faced an incredibly challenging journey over the past two months. After being hospitalized repeatedly for complications from diabetes, Oliver has endured six surgeries, including two amputations and multiple procedures to address blood clots and fractures. Despite doctors’ efforts to save his right leg with screws, he has already lost his left foot. He now relies on a wheelchair and is extremely weak, unable to walk or move around on his own. The family needs to install ramps and a special toilet at home to accommodate his needs, and Oliver faces at least a year of rehabilitation as he learns to walk again on a partial foot.
The emotional and financial toll on Oliver’s family has been overwhelming. His wife, at 76 years old, is exhausted from caring for him and managing the household. Their son, who has Down Syndrome, lives at home and needs support as well. The family’s income is not enough to cover the mounting medical bills, medications, ambulance rides, and ongoing care. On top of this, Oliver’s daughter was missing for over two years, adding to the family’s stress and heartbreak. The constant worry about bills, health, and the future has left them feeling stretched beyond their limits.
We are reaching out for help to cover Oliver’s medical expenses, rehabilitation, transportation, and home modifications. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference for this family as they navigate an incredibly difficult time. Your support will help ease their financial burden and give them hope for the road ahead. Thank you for reading Oliver’s story and for any help you can offer.
