My Daughter Aleksandra Puchow suffers from eczema caused by missing gen Fillagryn and severe allergies. Every time when she has a contact with allergens, she has very strong reactions affecting her skin and breathing. She has Epipen with her at all times. Strong itch accompanied her day and night. She used to wear bandages (wet wraps 24/7) all over her body to protect her skin. For years she was treated with strong steroids and antibiotics which damaged her health and skin. Good few doctors had very little ideas how to help my child. Doctors from Crumlin Hospital had only one more thing to offer to my daughter: Methotrexate. It is very strong medicine which is given to treat i.e. cancer. This drug has very serious side effects. I did believe Ola had suffered already too much and her health system was harmed enough, that I didn't want her to be treated with Methotrexate.
I had never stopped giving her some natural remmedies to help her body/ skin to recover.
I have never gave up believing in its good influance on her health.
Her skin has to became stronger and thicker. To help it my daughter traveled twice to Avene Clinic in France. Avene Thermal Water center gave her skin such a great boost of minerals. It helped her skin to get better. She had two out of three three-weeks treatments already. In October 2016 and July 2017. It is helping her skin a lot. I cannot express how grateful I am that she had a chance to travel there. My child's ife is changing for better. She can enjoy more and more her childhood without being worry too much about her skin.
She needs this treatment to maintain the effect. Now it is a time for her third one, which I booked for August 2018.
Although treatment costs are arround 3500-4000 euros. I truly believe there are people with big hearts out there who will be happy to help. I am kindly asking for support to let us travel to the Avene clinic.
