My name is Cesar Ortiz and I am raising funds for my Godmother Ofelia Dommer (Ofi). Ofi as most people knew her by was a devout Catholic who touched many lives no matter where they came from or their religious beliefs. Ofelia was a magnified "Humanitarian" who could not see anyone in need, where she wouldnt step in to help. Whether she knew the person for a moment, a day or years, she always felt compelled to help. Unfortunately, this great humanitarian is in need of all our help, as I must come to term with the fact that "Cancer" has taken over and has left her family and friends in awe of how such a beautiful person has been ravaged by this illness.

Her one and only daughter, my GodDaughter Erika Dommer, is experiencing watching her mother very slowly leave this world while in hospice care.

At this point the family has been instructed to begin setting up funeral arrangements, and since Ofelia had no life insurance, I am coming to you for help.

Any help you can provide my grieving Goddaughter to give her mother the send off she deserves is greatly appreciated.
