The reasoning for starting a Go Fund Me account is for Oakey Clark, whose life was taken away too soon.  He was kind hearted and would do anything for the people around him, especially his family. Due to the unexpected circumstances, the family is reaching out for any donations. Any donation will be gratefully appreciated.
