Where do I begin… After 22 years of maintaining good health, our family was caught off guard by the recurrence of my mother needing an emergency tracheostomy on 01/05/2026. The uncertainty of her situation has been deeply distressing, and the prolonged procedure was a source of anxiety for all of us. This experience has shown us the importance of seeking a second opinion and reminded us of the strength and resilience my mother has always shown. Her survival is truly a miracle, and her determination continues to inspire everyone around her.
Norma has always been a hardworking woman, dedicated to providing for her family. Now, due to the tracheostomy and her current medical condition, she is unable to work. This has added to the financial strain and made it even more difficult to manage daily expenses and medical needs. As her daughters, we are doing everything we can to support her, but the sudden nature of this medical emergency has left us facing unexpected challenges.
