On October 17th my little sister, Noel Eve Parker, 20 years old, was taken from us in a devastating car accident caused by a wrong-way driver. Everyone involved lost their lives that night.

Noel was truly one of a kind — full of life, laughter, and love. She had a way of lighting up every room she walked into, and she made everyone around her feel seen, heard, and loved. She was the type of person who cared more for others than for herself, always showing up when someone needed her most.

She loved Hello Kitty, her friends, and her family deeply. Those who knew her will remember her for her humor, her kindness, and her beautiful heart. She touched so many lives in her short time here, and our hearts are shattered by this loss.
