Our father Noel Moreno was taken into ICE custody as he was working in construction to provide a living for his family. He has lived in California for more than 26 years, has a wife, a son, and 2 daughters. He has no criminal record and has an open pending immigration case.

We are reaching out to ask for any help that can be provided. We are currently consulting with immigration lawyers and trying to contact our father to send him funds while he is being detained.

Whatever we receive will be put towards the lawyer, commissary funds for our father while he is detained, and to help us and our mother during these stressful times.
