I am reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Nkechi Hendrickson, a beautiful soul I’ve been blessed to know for the past six years. Nkechi is a devoted single mother raising her twin daughters, and she has spent nearly 30 years in the beauty industry, pouring her talent, heart, and hard work into uplifting others. Today, she needs our support.

Nkechi has been quietly fighting through serious health challenges, including an autoimmune disease that attacks different parts of her body. She is currently hospitalized with pneumonia and is having a hard time breathing. As a self-employed stylist, Nkechi relies on her ability to work to provide for her family, but right now, she must rest and focus on healing. Anyone who knows her knows she would never ask for help herself, which is why I decided to step in. She has always shown strength, grace, and resilience—but even the strongest among us deserve a community that cares.
