Nikki Howell’s world changed forever on November 18, when her beloved son Makai passed away peacefully after a courageous journey in a medically fragile state. Throughout Makai’s short life, Nikki devoted herself to his care, providing love and comfort every step of the way. Now, as she grieves this unimaginable loss, Nikki is also caring for her older son, Isaiah, and facing the many challenges that come with such a heartbreaking time.
