This Easter morning was supposed to be a day of joy and family traditions for the Hug family. Instead, it turned into an unimaginable nightmare. Bob Hug, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, suffered what we are currently assuming is a fatal heart attack in the middle of the night. Despite every effort to save him, Bob passed away, leaving his family in a state of profound shock and grief.

Bob was the bedrock of his home. He leaves behind his loving wife, Nicole, six children, and two grandchildren. Among his children are two young boys still in grade school who now have to navigate their childhood without their father’s guidance and strength. Anyone who knew Bob knew that his world revolved around his family. He worked tirelessly to provide for them, and his sudden absence leaves a hole that can never be filled—both in their hearts and in their daily lives.

Because this tragedy was so sudden, the family is facing immediate financial burdens they were never prepared for.
