The tragedy at the Wichita soccer complex has been an absolute nightmare for our family. We lost my nephew Nick Schafer, a proud veteran and father. His beautiful family are dealing with varying levels of injury. The heartbreak has rippled across all of us.

Right now, Nick’s parents, siblings, wife, and children are facing an overwhelming loss. With daily hospital travel, missed work, food, airline tickets needed for funeral attendance, and unexpected costs adding up fast, we are asking our community to wrap their arms around them and help with these expenses.
