Dear friends and family,

It is with a broken heart I ask for your prayers, love and support for the Generi-Yates families.

On Dec. 2nd, our beloved Nickolas Yates was walking and was struck by a car. He suffered critical brain injuries and is currently receiving care at the University of California Irvine (UCI) hospital, near where he lives. His family has rallied to his side, and his mom Fabi Generi flew across the country to be by his side, as did his Aunt Candye and Uncle Marcello. Unfortunately, Nickolas' injuries are severe and will require significant medical attention and a long hospital stay.

In an effort to support the family so Fabi can stay by Nickolas' side we ask for your prayers and support of the family. We would also be grateful for any financial donation that you can spare to support Fabi's ability to be with him. Her costs will range from food, hotels, transportation, and, God knows what medical expenses.

Any contribution you can make is appreciated from the bottom of our hearts. They have a long road ahead of them, and the support we are able to provide will allow the family to focus on Nickolas' healing and recovery.
