Nicholas Horning was just 22 years old when his life was tragically cut short on Friday evening, January 9, 2025, in Moorseville, IN. He was hit and killed by a Moorseville Police Officer, leaving his family and friends in shock and heartbroke. Nicholas was a hardworking young man who contributed to his family's support system, and his sudden passing has left a tremendous void in the lives of those who loved him.

Nicholas did not have burial insurance, and his family is now facing the overwhelming burden of funeral expenses on top of their grief. My husband employs Nicholas' father, and we have seen firsthand how devastated his parents are by this unimaginable loss. The financial strain, combined with the emotional pain, has made this time even more difficult for his surviving family members.
