Hello, I am a disabled man with upcoming doctor's appointments and surgeries on a very low income.

I am in desperate need of new tires and help with gas to make it to all of the appointments. I know I can call an OATS bus, but I tried that once and the bus rides so rough it is too hard on my back, which is broken in three places.
