My husband was a devoted father, husband, and Navy veteran who recently passed away due to kidney failure. He leaves behind me and our 1-year-old baby. I am new to the country, having come here in June 2025, and do not have a job. Unfortunately, my husband did not have much in savings to provide for us after his passing. This loss has been incredibly difficult for our family, and we are facing many challenges as we try to navigate life without him.
