On Sunday afternoon, March 8th, 2026, our family experienced something both unexpected and upsetting — our car was stolen.

Natalie’s Toyota RAV4 was taken in broad daylight. What hurts even more than losing the vehicle is everything that was inside of it. Inside were irreplaceable items from when Reyna was younger, along with things she currently uses for dance — items that hold memories and moments we can’t recreate.

Like many families, we rely heavily on our car for everyday life — getting to work, school, dance, and everything in between. Losing it so suddenly has put us in a really difficult spot financially and emotionally.
