Ayuda a Nany a recuperar su mano!

Estamos atravesando un duro momento; ya que nuestra madre, el único sustento del hogar y profesional fisioterapeuta, sufrió un fuerte accidente en su mano (su instrumento de trabajo) y no tenemos recursos suficientes para costear la operación, tratamiento y postoperatorio.

Gracias por haber ingresado en el link y querer ayudarnos, nuestros nombres son Manuel y Daniela Rodríguez Landa, hijos de María Alejandra Landa (Nany), quien desde temprana edad se quiso dedicar a la fisioterapia por su pasión de ayudar a los demás para alcanzar su bienestar y sanar. Hoy en día tiene 27 años ejerciendo su profesión, en la cual sigue innovando sus prácticas y dedicándose también al trabajo holístico.

La mañana del pasado 6 de octubre, nuestra mamá sufrió una caída grave en una bajada de asfalto que se encontraba resbalosa; la consecuencia de ésta fue una fractura en la muñeca izquierda (Traumatismo directo en muñeca izquierda con deformidad y limitación funcional para la flexión y extensión). Luego fue llevada a urgencias donde se realizaron exámenes pertinentes, determinando que es necesario realizar una operación de emergencia lo antes posible para evitar daños permanentes. Nuestra mamá al ser fisioterapeuta tiene como herramientas de trabajo sus manos y es su única fuente de ingresos.

Actualmente nuestra situación nos impide costear esta operación, ya que nosotros somos estudiantes y aunque tenemos trabajos de medio tiempo seguimos dependiendo de ella. Sumando la crisis económica del país, no nos queda otra opción que pedir ayuda. Mi madre es trabajadora independiente, se desenvuelve haciendo sesiones a domicilio, no tiene sueldo fijo y además es madre soltera, sin dejar de lado que es la principal fuente de apoyo, económico y emocional de nuestro hogar.

Agradecemos CUALQUIER tipo de apoyo que nos puedan brindar, ya que cada día es crucial para la salud de nuestra madre. Mientras más rápido se recolecten los fondos necesarios, la operación podrá llevarse a cabo y así evitar complicaciones a mayor escala en su salud. On the morning of October 6th, our mother suffered a serious fall on a slippery asphalt slope, this caused her left wrist to get fractured (the actual medical report says: Direct trauma to the left wrist with deformity and functional limitation for flexion and extension). She was then taken to the emergency room where pertinent examinations were carried out, determining that it is necessary to perform an emergency operation as soon as possible to avoid permanent damage. Our mother, being a physiotherapist, uses her hands as work tools and they are her only source of income.

Currently, our situation prevents us from paying for this operation because we are students and although we have part-time jobs, we still depend on her, to this we add Venezuela's economic crisis and find ourselves against the wall. We have no choice but to ask for help. Our mother is an independent worker, she does physiotherapy sessions at home, she has no fixed salary, and she is also a single mother. We would also like to bring to your attention that she is the main source of economic and emotional support in our home.
