I never thought I would need to ask for help, but my family is going through one of the hardest moments of our lives. My wife is very sick and requires ongoing medical care and daily support. Watching the person you love struggle with illness is heartbreaking, and it has changed every part of our lives. Between medical appointments, treatments, medications, and basic living needs, the emotional and financial pressure has become overwhelming.
