Many close friends and family already know our story, while others are hearing these details for the first time. My wife has been battling medulloblastoma, a cancerous brain tumor, since 2022. She has undergone two brain surgeries already, and doctors have now found another mass behind her eye requiring a third surgery. We filed for her Social Security Disability in May 2025, and the decision is pending at the reviewer's desk. In this waiting season, her ongoing fulltime care, physical limitations, and home needs have stretched our resources beyond what my caregiving and professional work can cover alone, even though we are not in financial crisis.
Because we live far from most loved ones, many have asked, "How can we help?" since they cannot assist in person. This GoFundMe simply offers an opportunity for anyone the Lord may lead to come alongside us with practical support—like home help, travel for treatments, or relief for daily expenses—while we trust Him for the outcome of our suffering. No one should feel obligated, pressured, or guilty to give; we release you completely from that. If God prompts you to contribute, please do so only with a cheerful heart, as 2 Corinthians 9:7 teaches. Your prayers, kind words, or simply knowing you care mean as much to us as any gift.
Above all, we rest in God's sovereignty and provision, thankful for His faithfulness through this trial and for each of you in our lives. Thank you for reading.
