On December 10th, my uncle was on his way to work and was detained by ICE from a Home Depot in Poway. My uncle is a very noble guy who is always helping others. He has no criminal record. He has been here for the past 25 years and has done nothing wrong but work hard in this country.

Since that morning, everything changed. Our whole family has been shaken and distraught. His absence has left a deep emotional hole in our family. We are trying to stay strong, but the cost for legal assistance of a lawyer is very overwhelming. We are asking for any donations that can go towards lawyer fees to help my uncle fight his case and stay here with us.
