Our sweet Uncle Chuy was involved in a serious accident and is currently in the ICU, undergoing multiple surgeries. This kind, hardworking man is fighting so hard, and our entire family is holding onto hope and praying for his recovery.

My aunt spent her birthday — alongside her twin — right by his hospital bedside. She has been surrounded by an outpouring of love, prayers, and support, and we are so grateful for every single one.

Now, we are asking for help during this incredibly difficult time. Janice and Chuy are the kind of people who give to everyone, even when they have very little themselves. In the days ahead, they will be facing overwhelming medical bills, lost wages from missed work, and the unexpected need to replace a vehicle. Even everyday necessities — like meals while staying at the hospital around the clock — quickly add up.
