On March 24, 2026, our family experienced a heartbreaking and unexpected loss. My tia lost her only son at just 32 years old. He had just come home from work, eaten dinner, and mentioned his arm was hurting, nothing that seemed alarming at the time. He didn’t sleep that night, and by 6 a.m., he collapsed. He was having a heart attack.

Later, doctors discovered that he had suffered an artery rupture years ago without knowing, and that morning, another artery failed. It all happened so suddenly, with no warning, leaving our family in complete shock.

My tia has three children, and he was her only son. She is now facing the unimaginable pain of losing him. Along with the emotional weight of this loss, she is also struggling with the financial burden of funeral expenses.
