Help Support James Salyer in His Fight Against AML Leukemia

Hi, my name is Tabitha, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my dad, James Salyer, a loving father, devoted husband, and proud grandfather who now needs our help more than ever.

My dad was diagnosed with AML (acute myeloid leukemia) and fought incredibly hard through treatment, including a stem cell transplant. After everything he went through, we were so grateful when he went into remission. Unfortunately, his cancer has now returned, and he is once again facing this difficult battle.

At the same time, our family has been dealing with another major challenge—my mom recently suffered a stroke and is still recovering. She requires ongoing care and frequent doctor visits. Despite his own declining health, my dad has been taking care of her completely on his own, making sure she gets to every appointment and has everything she needs.

Before his cancer came back, my dad was working for Instacart to make ends meet. But now, due to his treatments and extreme fatigue, he is no longer physically able to work. This has put a huge financial strain on our family.

We are asking for help to cover essential expenses, especially:

Car payments, so my dad can continue getting both himself and my mom to critical medical appointments

Gas and transportation costs

Basic living expenses during this time when he is unable to work
