My son has always been an outgoing and dedicated father. His days were filled with hard work, picking up his sons from school, going to the gym, riding his bicycle, and spending quality time with his kids at the beach and baseball games. He was also the head coach of his younger son's little league team, always cheering on the kids and bringing the community together.

On May 14, 2025, everything changed in an instant. While watching a basketball game with his two children, someone began shooting at the house. My son was struck in the neck by a bullet designed to explode on impact, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. He now has open wounds on his back and faces daily challenges that none of us could have imagined.

We are raising funds to help purchase a van so he can get to his doctor’s appointments and therapy, as well as a wheelchair and a hoyer lift to support his daily needs and mobility. This support will help him regain some independence and ensure he can continue to be present for his children, even in this new reality.
