I never in my life thought I would have to do this. As a mother, my heart hurts and aches in ways I never even knew could. Our children are supposed to bury us, not the other way around. My son was only 24 years old when he passed away unexpectedly yesterday, and the pain of losing him is indescribable.

If you knew my Angel, you know he lit up every room he walked in. He was so goofy and had such an infectious laugh—he had the ability to make you laugh with whatever he said. His love for football was unmatched, and his joyful spirit touched everyone around him. He was also an incredible father and a truly hard worker. Recently, he welcomed a beautiful baby girl, who is now just 6 months old. He loved her so much that he made the decision to quit his job and become a full-time dad, dedicating himself to giving her the best start in life. His devotion to his daughter was inspiring, and the bond they shared was truly special.

Now his spouse is left to raise their daughter, my granddaughter, without her dad. Losing him has been heartbreaking, and we are doing the best to honor his memory and give him the farewell he deserves. The costs of arranging a funeral and taking care of related expenses have been overwhelming. I want to give my son a respectful and loving service, but the financial burden is more than I can manage alone. The funds raised will go directly toward funeral costs, memorial arrangements, and any other expenses that come with saying goodbye.
