On November 9th, 2025, my son was born and immediately faced serious health challenges. He had too much amniotic fluid in his lungs, which meant he needed to be admitted to the NICU right away. The doctors put him on a CPAP machine and oxygen to help him breathe, and while he has made progress and is now off the oxygen, he still struggles with feeding. Right now, he is being tube fed until he can learn to use a bottle on his own.
This has been an incredibly difficult time for us. I have not been able to work because all my time and energy is spent at the NICU, making sure my son gets the care and love he needs. The costs have quickly added up—between food at the hospital café, parking fees, and traveling back and forth from the City of Orange to West Covina just to shower and rest, my savings have been stretched thin. Being away from family has made everything even harder, and I am doing my best to keep up with bills and provide for my son during this uncertain time.
I would really appreciate any help we can get at the moment. Your support would mean so much to us while we wait for my son to get strong enough to come home. Anything you can give will help us get through this challenging period until I am able to return to work and get back on my feet. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for considering helping our family.
