My sister has always been there for me, offering help whenever I needed it, and she’s the kind of person who goes out of her way to support anyone she can—even when she doesn’t have much herself. Recently, her life changed overnight. She woke up one morning unable to walk, and was rushed to the hospital. For a month, she’s been facing autoimmune neurological symptoms that doctors still haven’t been able to diagnose. Now, she’s in a rehab hospital, working hard every day to learn to walk again.

This sudden illness has left her unable to work, and she’s struggling to pay for her bills, medical expenses, and housing. She’s also caring for her son, along with three dogs and two cats, all of whom depend on her. Despite everything, she remains the most caring person I know, always putting others first.
