My sister has been battling Achalasia for over 11 months. The journey to a diagnosis was incredibly difficult—at first, we couldn’t find a doctor willing to help, and the uncertainty made every day harder. It wasn’t until a couple of months ago that she finally received a diagnosis, and since then, it’s been a long process of finding the right care and support. Throughout it all, she has shown incredible strength, even when things seemed impossible.

She never asks for anything, but is always looking for ways to bless others. She puts everyone else first and gives so much of herself to those around her. Now, it’s her turn to be blessed and taken care of by the community that she has touched with her kindness.

Now, she is scheduled for surgery on the 16th of this month. Because of her illness, she has been so weak that working has been nearly impossible, despite being a very hard worker. After surgery, she won’t be able to work for several weeks, and the financial strain is overwhelming. The funds raised here will help cover her bills, car payments, and support her boys, giving her the cushion she needs to focus on healing and getting back to her life.
