I am facing a really challenging time in my life. I have a blood clot in my right leg, a blood clotting disorder, PCOS, recurrent DVT, and signs of lymphedema. My legs swell easily, making it very difficult to walk and stand every day. On top of all this, I have a major surgery coming up—gastric bypass—to help with some of these issues. Unfortunately, I’m going to lose my job because of the time I need to heal, and I won’t be able to work a physical job anymore.

I am currently waiting for SSI, but the process is taking much longer than I hoped. In the meantime, I need help paying my bills and keeping food on the table. This is my second year dealing with blood clots, and my health has been declining ever since. It’s been overwhelming trying to manage everything on my own, and I’m reaching out for support because I truly need it right now.
