In August 2023, my mom suffered six mini strokes. Since then, her health has continued to decline—she had another stroke in February 2024, and most recently, another in March 2026. Her recovery is especially difficult because she has a severed artery and another artery with a stent that has plaque buildup. Despite everything she’s facing, she has no insurance and has been denied disability and Medicaid multiple times.

My mom now needs 24-hour care and help with mounting hospital bills. I’m doing everything I can, but I can’t afford the level of care she needs on my own. The funds raised here will help her get the procedure she needs and allow us to arrange home care while I’m at work, so she can be safe and comfortable.
