Hi, my name is Shukri and I’m starting this fundraiser for my mom.

Recently, my mom was rushed to the hospital at just 30 weeks pregnant after a sudden, severe high blood pressure attack that nearly cost her life and my soon-to-be sibling’s life. By the grace of God, both of them are still here, but she has to remain in the hospital until 36 weeks to keep her and the baby safe.

My mom is one of the strongest women I know. She has always carried the weight of being both a mom and a provider, even while being married. Right now, she’s facing not only the emotional and physical stress of this high-risk pregnancy but also the financial burden that comes with extended hospital care and everyday bills piling up while she’s unable to be home.

I’m asking for support to help relieve her of some of these medical costs and outside bills during this critical time. Any amount, big or small, will make a huge difference for her and our family.
