My dad passed away on February 4th, and my mom is now facing an incredibly difficult time. My parents lived paycheck to paycheck, relying solely on my dad's social security to cover their basic needs. With his sudden passing, my mom has lost her only source of income, and we are still waiting for his death certificate so she can file to claim his social security. Unfortunately, the costs of his final expenses have completely depleted both of our savings, leaving us in a very tough spot.

During this transition, my mom needs help to keep up with her lot rent, utilities, cell phone, food, and daily expenses. Every dollar raised will go directly toward making sure she can stay in her home and cover the essentials while we work through the paperwork and wait for her benefits to begin.

My mom is the most loving, kind woman I've ever met. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need and has always put others before herself, never asking for help for her own needs.
