Hi, I'm Nakena and the love of my life just found out that his heart is only working at about 25% and it needs to be around 50% or better. He will need heart surgery in a couple of days, and unfortunately, he hasn't been at his current job long enough to acquire insurance, so we are going through this with no financial help but are working on a solution.
