As some of you may know, my father is a hardworking man. He carried our family and even worked two jobs when my mom left. All my father has known is hard work.

On Monday morning, after much convincing, I was able to get him to agree to being admitted to SPAH. Amongst recovering from a nasty fall that has given him an eye infection, his list of diagnoses is longer than many. He is finally getting the care he needs after many years.

Unfortunately, he did not elect in short-term disability benefits, meaning he will be short on finances. I will not be able to financially assist him during this time. He is a proud man and would never ask for help, so I am. Any contribution or even sharing the link will help offset the financial burden.
