If you knew our father, you knew one thing for certain. Family always came first.

He was the kind of man who would drop everything without a second thought if one of his children needed him. It didn't matter how far away we lived or what time it was. He would drive across state lines just to make sure we were okay. He worked tirelessly throughout his life to provide for our family, always putting others before himself. His love wasn't just spoken; it was shown through every sacrifice he made.

Our dad was our protector, our biggest supporter, and the person we could always count on.

Just days ago, our lives changed forever.

Our father suffered a massive heart attack and was rushed to the emergency room. Doctors discovered multiple severe blockages in his heart and told us he needed emergency open-heart surgery with three bypasses. At the same time, he was courageously fighting kidney disease, making his condition even more critical.

When we started this fundraiser, we were holding onto hope. We wanted to relieve the financial burden of medical bills and lost income so our father could focus on healing. We believed he would make it through.

Sadly, despite the incredible efforts of his doctors and nurses, our father passed away on July 30. His heart was simply too weak to survive the surgery, and his battle with kidney disease made his recovery impossible.

Nothing could have prepared us for this loss.

The world lost an incredibly kind, hardworking, and selfless man. We lost our father, our role model, and one of the greatest blessings in our lives. The pain of losing him is something we cannot put into words, but we take comfort in knowing how deeply he loved us and how many lives he touched.

As our family grieves, we are now faced with the unexpected costs of his memorial service, remaining medical expenses, and the financial responsibilities left behind after his passing. Any contribution-no matter the amount—will help ease this burden and allow us to give our father the beautiful farewell he deserves.
