Hi, I’m Mary Belle Malinao, and I’m raising funds for my father, Ernesto Vigafria, Sr., who is courageously battling Congestive Heart Failure secondary to Ischemic Heart Disease. After spending two weeks in the ICU, he’s now in a private room, but his health remains critical due to complications like a severe lung infection, water retention in his lungs and body, and kidney failure with only 11% function.
