Please help my family. My parents and three brothers live in Mississippi where the ice storms just hit. They haven’t had power for over a week, no water, no way to make food, and only one car to get everyone to work. They are running on very little money to get food for everyone once a day.

With melting ice, water is coming through the walls and light fixtures. They have thankfully found a generator to keep their phones charged and 1 heater going for warmth. And despite high stress levels, they have managed to stay together in the living room with blankets blocking off the rest of the house for warmth and security in each other.

If you can help, please do. If you are unable to, I completely understand and ask that you share this message and link and maybe send up a prayer or positive healing thoughts for them as they navigate this truly difficult situation.

This is my family… my heart… I live 10 hours away in Iowa with no way to help them fully. I just want to do all I can to give them a fighting chance to make it through this.
