I'm in need of a double lung transplant due to an auto immune disease that has given me interstitial lung disease which, without transplant, is terminal. A transplant could save my life. While I've continued my employment throughout my illness, soon I may not be able to. My job has provided health insurance, and I won't be a candidate for a transplant if I cannot continue working. The medication alone without insurance will cost over $32,000 a month.
