Hello everyone, I’m reaching out for support during one of the most difficult times my family has faced. My daughter was recently assaulted by six kids from her school. Since the incident, she has been deeply traumatized—she’s scared to go back to school, and even everyday sounds that never bothered her before now make her anxious. She’s asked me if she can start therapy to help her cope with what happened. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking to see her go through this, especially since she’s always been a good kid and didn’t deserve any of this.

This experience has affected both of us. I live with borderline personality disorder, and the stress of this situation has made it necessary for me to see my therapist much more often. My daughter is also a passionate dancer, and she was supposed to participate in a recital on the 17th—an important audition for her to join the dance company. Because of her injuries, she can’t take part, and it’s devastating for her to miss out on something she loves so much.

We are seeking help to cover my daughter’s medical bills, attorney fees, therapy costs, and any other needs that may come up as we work toward her recovery and justice.
