My dad, Chris McDonald, has always been the kind of person who steps up for others. For the past 15 years, he’s been deeply involved in our community, offering his time, support, and kindness to anyone in need. Now, he’s facing a difficult chapter of his own. Recently, my dad experienced a mental health crisis and is currently in the hospital. While he focuses on his recovery, our two family businesses are struggling to stay afloat. The financial strain is growing, and it’s become clear that we need help to keep things stable at home.
