My dad has always been my safe place—steady, loving, and the person I could count on no matter what. He’s a strong man with a big heart, and he’s spent his life taking care of our family. Over the past weeks, his health has taken a serious turn, and we’ve been living in the hospital, trying to make the best decisions we can with the information we’re given. It’s overwhelming, and it’s painful to see someone you love suffer.

I’m asking for support because the medical expenses and end-of-life related costs are more than we can handle alone. The funds will go directly toward the costs we’ve taken on during my dad’s hospitalization and the care he needs right now—medical bills not covered by insurance, medications, and supplies.
