Hi, my name is Justin and ideally I'd like to raise money to help support my dad in his time of need. My mom suddenly passed away the other night from difficulties battling early-stage dementia and has left my dad alone. He is having trouble with walking and taking care of himself properly due to ataxia and cannot afford a proper medical facility.
