Support for Ms. Stephanie & Family
On Wednesday, August 18, 2021, our beloved Ms. Stephanie (former dancer, graduated alumni, teacher) and her family, received the most heart wrenching news with the passing of their sweet mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, Marina. Our studio family has been deeply affected by this loss, as Marina was a proud and prominent dance mom for many, many years with us at MDS.
Marina always lived her life with joy and an abundance of light. That light would beam its brightest with every moment Marina shared with her only daughter, Stephanie. At every dance performance, academic milestone, and every day in between, Marina is known best and will be forever remembered as a proud mom who lived to see Stephanie smile. We are forever grateful for that beautiful positive light that Marina instilled in Stephanie as she shares it daily with her students, her fellow teachers, and all of us at Miami Dancity.
Marina, sadly, lost her fight against Covid-19, leaving behind a void that could never be filled. Her only daughter, Stephanie, her husband, her mother, her family, and her fur babies Mocha & Hanks are those whom will carry the majority of this heavy weight, however, we vow for them not to carry it alone. At Miami Dancity, when one of our own is hurting, we too feel the responsibility to join forces as a true family to help and support any way we can. In our gratitude to Marina for sharing with us her greatest gift, we ask for the following.
This GoFundMe page has been created in an effort to ease some of the burden that the Cayon family will now face during this challenging time. On behalf of the family, we thank you for any contribution you are able to make.
