Support for Tasha and Her Four Children After Tragic Loss

As many of you may have already heard, Tasha and her four young children have suffered an unimaginable tragedy. In a single night, Tasha lost her former partner and the father of her four children, Isaiah, as well as her sister, Latisha, in a heartbreaking chain of events on the Big Island of Hawaii where they live. Tasha, at just 26 years old, is now left to pick up the pieces – to parent Serenity (7), Ezekiel (5), Divinity (3), and Eternity (2), who have suffered the dual loss of both their father and their aunt with whom they were very close. Tasha has been left shattered and struggling to cope with the emotional, psychological, and financial challenges that lay ahead. She must shoulder life as a single parent while mourning the loss of her sister and providing comfort, stability, and a sense of safety for her children who have experienced a loss no child should endure. In addition to the high cost of housing and daily living expenses in Hawaii, Tasha and the children will need ongoing grief counseling and therapy to process what has happened and to hopefully, in time, find healing and peace. All funds raised will go directly to Tasha for these and other expenses needed to help stabilize their lives as they get through this difficult time.
