Hello, I'm the eldest daughter of the queen you see in the photos! My mother is an amazing woman, who spends her time feeding the community with food from her business. she’s always a helping hand to those in need, even though she may be in need herself. She’s a very humble, generous and selfless person. My mother went into the hospital around December 15th. By December 19th, she was in the ICU and completely unresponsive. The doctors told us that she'd either never wake up or would need prolonged hospice care! There was an almost incurable bacterial disease in her brain! We had hope, but the doctors told us to prepare for the worst! Her birthday was December 20th, and we went to the hospital to sing to her and spend time with her! On December 22nd, she woke up!! Thank God!!! Soon after, she was taken out of the ICU but moved to a floor where the nurses were very neglectful! We were so happy she gained her consciousness back! She was to be moved into rehab, but the hospitals AND insurance continuously denied her, DESPITE her almost losing her life. There are a lot of things insurance won't help with, including physical therapy and certain meds! She needs in-home recovery supplies and help with the bills since she cannot work herself! Unfortunately, she is BACK in the hospital because of this, and though we are a very independent family, we are asking for help! ALL donations are accepted, even just sharing our story will help!
