My mom has always been the heart of our family. She’s given so much love to everyone around her, always putting others before herself. Since after Christmas, she has been hospitalized and has undergone various surgeries. Now, she’s facing the toughest battle of her life. She was recently diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic cancer, and the news has turned our world upside down. The cancer has spread throughout her entire body, and doctors estimate she may have only a few weeks left as the cancer has spread to her brain. As her only family, I want to do everything I can to make her remaining time as comfortable and peaceful as possible.

I am Mikey, her son, and I live with autism and am on disability. This makes it even harder for us to keep up with the mounting medical bills and daily expenses. Every day is a struggle, and we are doing our best to stay afloat, but the costs are overwhelming. We are reaching out to our community for help because we simply can’t do this alone.
