Hi everyone! A lot of people know, but for those who don't, my mom was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) last year when she wasn't getting over what we thought was a simple sinus infection.

This past year has been tough, not only physically, mentally, and spiritually but financially as well. Before her diagnosis, she was working full-time at WCCS and part-time at Food City Gas-n-Go. She hasn't been able to work this past year, making things super tight. She still tries to make sure all 8 of her grandbabies are taken care of and have everything they need while fighting this cancer.

Right now we are getting ready for her to go to North Carolina for her bone marrow transplant at the beginning of April. She has to spend at least 3 months down there: 1 month in the hospital and then at least 2 months living close to the hospital in case of an emergency. She will need 24/7 care once she's out of the hospital, so we are all taking shifts going to stay with her.

Any amount that we raise will go towards traveling and lodging expenses. We know that God always provides and any amount raised will be appreciated wholeheartedly. He has seen us through this far and Mom is a tremendous fighter going through cancer for a second time. Thank you all for anything you are able to give. We know that it's tight for everyone right now, but we are so thankful for anything given, even if it's just your thoughts and prayers!!!
