Hello some of you may know me as Kathy's daughter Melanie. For those that have not been up to date on what is going on with mom let me catch you up

In fall of 2021 mom was diagnosed with stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct) cancer

She underwent many procedures and chemotherapy and 15 rounds of radiation. You have to understand this is a lady who was never sick only went to the dr tp give birth to her children. To having weekly labs and paracentesis and appointments.she tried her best to continue to work but was unable too. We have had a few fundraisers to help pay bills and insurance premiums. Now we are at the end of the journey home on hospice. Cancer does nor discriminate it dosent care that your a young 60 year old with grandchildren and years of adventure to live

My mom had a hard life she raised 3 kids on her own a single mother went to college became a medical transcriptionist in Healthcare then started working in safety for chemical plants she did whatever she could to live the life she wanted. A strong woman of faith she loves her church family and has been seeking and trusting God every step of the way

Mom.recieved her angel wings and lost her courageous battle she fought on 1/9/2023

 Just after midnight on her 61st birthday all funds raised will help with her final.wishes for her celebration of life.
